2. Scope of Services

Optival offers automotive homologation, FUSA, cybersecurity, testing, certification and training services to its customers. Details of the services are determined according to the customer's demands and needs and agreed upon in writing.

3. Contract and Acceptance

Use of the services offered by Optival constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The customer must read these terms carefully before starting to use the services.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing for services is determined by a written agreement between the parties. Payments must be made within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated on the invoice. In case of delay in payments, late payment interest may be applied.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Optival undertakes to keep all customer information confidential. Protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and relevant legislation. For details KVKK Information Text can be examined.

6. Liability and Warranty

Optival takes due care in the performance of services. However, it cannot be held responsible for any indirect or direct damages that may arise from the results of the services. No guarantee is given regarding the quality of the services.

7. Termination

The customer may request the suspension or cancellation of the services. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay the fees for the part of the services provided up to that point and the payment amount to be made in case of termination specifically stated in the contract. Optival reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if the customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes that may arise from these General Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

9. Effectiveness and Amendments

These General Terms and Conditions come into force from the date of publication. Optival reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.
